Overview The capital of Malaysia is Kuala Lumpur. Populated by 2.2 Million people, Kuala Lumpur is a fast moving city which is slowly establishing itself as a high tech modern city not only in the Asian region but globally as well. To begin with, food is the most common language one can experience. The Malays have the Nasi Lemak, which is the most common breakfast among Malaysians. Coconut Rice with peanuts, anchovies and curry is enjoyed by most Malaysians. The Satay is another favourite. Marinated barbeque chicken with peanut sauce served with rice and cucumber, ask anyone on the streets and they will tell you where you can find the best Satay around. For the Chinese, one should try their Duck Rice and Dim Sum. In the heart of the city, one can easily find these cuisines. The Roasted Duck is the most common food used for any occasions in a typical Chinese family. Dim Sum, internationally available is also offered in most shops. Indian cuisine offers spice and hot variations. The curry chicken is the most famous among many and always spicy which is the perfect choice for anyone up for it.
