Shopping in Star Hill

In around the vicinity is Bukit Bintang (which in English means Star Hill). This is where one will find shopping malls and eateries of the most varied kinds. There are also a few major hotels in this area where it will be convenient for tourists and shoppers. Star Hill Shopping Mall boasts of a prestigious shopping experience particularly for premium brands like Louis Vutton and Ralph Lauren. Next to it is KL Plaza where one can find cafes like Starbucks, SegaFredo and Coffee Bean. Here one can find Planet Hollywood as well. For shoppers who wishes to take breather, this would be a great place to hang out after a long day of walking. A short walk further is Lot 10 shopping complex. This green building provides Isetan, a well known Japanese department store and other branded goods like Timberland, Birkenstock and eateries as well. Take the sky bridge across to Sungei Wang Plaza. This is one very crowded shopping mall as it houses the less expensive items. One can find mobile phones to electronic goods to less costly clothing. An I T section is dedicated to selling computer peripherals and technology goods as well. To buy products that are money’s worth, this would be a good place to go. Not too far away is Low Yat Plaza. This is known as the IT Mall. From notebooks to PDAs to MP3 players to mobile phones to software applications, shoppers will be spoilt for choice in this mall. In every mall there are cafes for the tired legs, food for the hungry or kiosks that sell snacks like cookies to cinnamon buns.

In around these malls are hotels. Ranging from Bed and Breakfasts to 5 star hotels, one can check in to any of these hotels for accommodation. Among them are JW Marriot Hotel, Regent Hotel, Ritz-Carlton and Century Hotel, each boasting of diffrentiation in services and products.
